After years as a builder, we realized it was impossible to find a truly unique, state-of-the-art garage door at a reasonable price. Rather than compromise on our design, we chose to take matters into our own hands and build our own. We now offer our handcrafted doors to those who share our passion for distinctive design.
Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all USA domestic orders. As each of our garage doors is a large, custom, and made-to-order item, the estimated crafting and shipping time is 8-10 weeks. While most of our orders are completed sooner, this time frame is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Returns & Exchanges:
Given the custom nature of our products, we can only accept changes of design and cancellations for orders that have not yet started the manufacturing process. Once production has begun, we are unable to offer a return or changes of design unless the item arrives damaged or defective beyond repair. If a return is necessary, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
